Julia-roberts

Julia Fiona Roberts was born in Atlanta on October 28, 1967 in the home of Betty Lou Bredemus and Walter Grady Roberts. Her great-grandfather John Pendleton Roberts, a farmer was the first Roberts to settle in Atlanta. Her father was a theatre enthusiast since a young age. As a college pupil studying at Emory University from 1952 to 1954, he was a part of several performances. While stationed in Biloxi, Mississippi, he was inducted into the air force in 1953. Betty Lou Bredemus was in that production as well. Eric Anthony was their first born. The couple got married in the year. Walter attended Tulane University New Orleans Louisiana after he left the Airforce in the year 1957. Walter became a member of Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio when they moved their family from Atlanta to Decatur in Georgia in 1960. Walter as well as Betty Lou began producing a children's TV show in the city of Decatur, Georgia titled Bum Bum and His Buddies. The production was funded by the couple themselves. In 1964 Betty Lou and Walter founded the Actors and Writers Workshop. It ran for six years. They had two more children, Lelisa Billingsley (1965) (also named Lisa) as well as Julia Billingsley (1967) (also also known as Julie).
